Photographic documentation is essential for recording and preserving cultural heritage. Photography raises public awareness, promoting an understanding of the importance of preservation while also facilitating dissemination and accessibility, making cultural heritage visible on a global scale. We are photographing our cultural heritage in order to document and preserve its memory for future generations, and to foster greater knowledge and study of Portuguese Cultural Heritage.
